NEWEST NEWS:
well, one of my big projects ~ a documentary film with Jonah Smith, frontman, and his band Plowboy ~ is close to wrapping. these guys are a phenomenal band. we're almost done, will film some more next month, and then wrap interviews in the fall, with editing then to progress. if you're into core grunge and blistering rock, you might want to check them out.

NEWEST NEWS:
well, one of the big projects i've hinted at lately involves my doing a documentary film with Jonah Smith, frontman for the band Plowboy. these guys are a phenomenal young band and i'm honored to be allowed to hang with them in order to capture a piece of Jonah's life as a young musician. we've already begun filming, will film some more next weekend, and then wrap filming in late summer. there is a dA connection to this project. my friend, mentor and hero johndeand (https://www.deviantart.com/johndeand) was found here by two brilliant artists, tensemonkey (https://www.deviantart.com/tensemonkey) and brokenheartsbleeding (https://www.deviantart.com/brokenheartsbleeding), which led them to find me. they, in turn, through Dallas

NEWEST NEWS:
yep, that's right nine shoots in less than 72 hours -- i'm wrapping up doing five concert shoots (film + photos), two senior portrait shoots, one baseball shoot, and i'm acting in a music video . . . i'll need a permanent vacation soon . . .
we wrapped our monthlong production of John Logan's Never the Sinner. after a four month gestation, the wait was worth it . . . it was the single most challenging show i've ever been involved with, and i think the end result justifies all the work.
